What You’ll Do (Role Responsibilities)

As a Lead Installer, you are the face of our quality craftsmanship. You will lead complete residential change-outs (heat pumps, A/C units, and furnaces) from start to finish, ensuring everything is up to manufacturer and company standards.

Install residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and flex duct systems.
Run and braze/solder copper refrigerant lines; wire line and low-voltage electrical components.
Pre-measure jobs to ensure the right materials are loaded onto your truck the first time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle.
Mentor and help train junior installers/apprentices on your team.
Deliver an exceptional, respectful customer experience on every job site.

Certifications: EPA Certification is required.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team and represent the company in selling residential heating and cooling systems to homeowners and to help promote the business through business development activities to increase market penetration. The Comfort Consultant will employ a no-pressure sales process, execute the role with integrity, respond quickly to leads obtained by the company, and will generate his or her own leads through community and business networking engagements. The successful candidate will have to be self-motivated, empathetic to customers needing a system, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Work safely following company procedures
Seek out and participate in business networking opportunities such as Chamber of Commerce and/or BNI
Evaluate residential change-out or replacement needs to offer appropriate equipment and accessory work scope

We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Lead-In-Training Installer to join our team and support installations of residential HVAC systems. The Lead-In-Training Installer will assist in complete heat pump or air-conditioner/furnace change-outs in a resident's home following industry, manufacturer, and company practices. The company will provide training in our office, classroom, and on-the-job. The successful candidate will have strong work-ethic, problem-solving skills and be able to learn to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Installer on each installation job following the job summary, pictures and videos, and guidance from the Installation Manager.
Help prepare the installation truck with all supplies and materials necessary to complete each job.
Communicate frequently with the Lead Installer to ensure adherence to quality expectations
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Other duties as assigned

1 year minimum of HVAC installation experience
